Terms & Conditions

Each participant must complete the registration form individually.

In case of a leader/follower imbalance within the Lindy Hop tracks (per level), participants of the exceeding role will be placed on a waiting list upon registration.

Payment

Payment is due within 10 days of the date you register.

Refund and cancellation

• Full reimbursement within 14 days after completing payment.
• If 14 days has passed, 75% refund until 10 December 2026.
• No refund after 10 December 2026.
• Passes cannot be transferred to another individual. Only registration cancellation is possible.
• One pass can only be used by one person (no sharing).

The 5th Anniversary Party

The 5th Anniversary Party on Wednesday, 13 January is not included in the Full Pass or Party Pass. It requires separate registration through the registration form and has limited capacity.

Programme and force majeure

Jumpin' at Istanbul accepts no responsibility for unforeseen events or conditions, including instructor illness or force majeure.

Jumpin' at Istanbul reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule before or during Jumpin' at Istanbul 2027.

Photography and film

By registering, participants grant permission to be photographed and filmed during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.
